Background
To celebrate Palm Lake Group reaching an exciting milestone, with 10,000 people now calling a Palm Lake Resort location home, a Purchaser may be eligible to receive a $10,000.00 discount off their brand new home purchase price, as well as $10,000.00 towards home upgrades, when purchasing a brand new manufactured home in a Palm Lake Resort between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2023 at the current listed recommended retail price for the home.
This campaign/ offer is only applicable at the following resorts:
- Palm Lake Resort Bargara
- Palm Lake Resort Forster Lakes
- Palm Lake Resort Paynesville
- Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters
- Palm Lake Resort Yamba Cove
This campaign/ offer is not available in conjunction with any other discounts. If a discount other than the campaign/ offer stated above is provided by Palm Lake Works, the Purchaser will not be eligible to receive the 2023 campaign/ offer of $10,000.00 discount off their brand new home purchase price, as well as $10,000.00 towards home upgrades when purchasing a brand new manufactured home in a Palm Lake Resort between 1stJanuary 2023 and 31st December 2023 at the current listed recommended retail price for the home.
Where a Purchaser is eligible for the 2023 campaign and does not wish to accept the $10,000.00 towards home upgrades, when purchasing a brand new manufactured home, the Purchaser may choose to accept an additional $10,000.00 discount in lieu of $10,000.00 towards home upgrades, giving the Purchaser a total discount of $20,000.00 off their brand new home purchase price when purchasing a brand new manufactured home in a Palm Lake Resort between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2023 at the current listed recommended retail price for the home.
Upgrades will not be available on homes where site commencement has occurred and/ or job files have been issued. In this instance where a Purchaser is eligible for the 2023 campaign, a $10,000.00 discount in lieu of $10,000.00 towards home upgrades will be offered when purchasing a brand new manufactured home in a Palm Lake Resort between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2023 at the current listed recommended retail price for the home. Giving the Purchaser a total discount of $20,000.00 off their brand new home purchase price when purchasing a brand new manufactured home in a Palm Lake Resort between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2023 at the listed recommended retail price for the home.
Operative Provisions
Pre-conditions to Entitlement to 2023 Campaign
A Purchaser purchasing a brand new manufactured home in a Palm Lake Resort must purchase the home at the then current listed recommended retail price or above for this campaign/ offer to apply. A Purchaser’s MHE Contract for the Sale of a Manufactured Home for the purchase of a brand new manufactured home must be unconditional by the end of this campaign/ offer. A Purchaser’s MHE Contract for the Sale of a Manufactured Home for the purchase of a brand new manufactured home must be signed and dated during the offer period.
The 2023 Campaign of $10,000.00 discount off the Purchaser brand new home purchase price, as well as $10,000.00 towards home upgrades, when purchasing a brand new manufactured home in a Palm Lake Resort between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2023 at the current listed recommended retail price for the home, does not apply to any Purchaser who entered into an MHE Contract for the Sale of a Manufactured Home that is dated prior to 1st January 2023.
