Established in 1977, Palm Lake Resort pioneered over-50s resort living in Australia. Forty-nine years and 27 communities later, we’re still proudly family-owned, building every resort ourselves, with decisions made by the same family that founded it rather than a boardroom or share market.
More than 12,000 Australians call a Palm Lake Resort home. Our homes and country clubs have been recognised with multiple Master Builders Association awards, but the measure we care most about is simple: people who moved into one of our resorts and say they wish they’d done it sooner.

Designed for you
Every Palm Lake Resort home is architecturally designed and built by us, with the details that matter at this stage of life considered before you have to ask. Open-plan living filled with natural light. Stone benchtops and European appliances as standard. Single-level designs for easy living, double-storey designs with elevators and generous alfresco spaces for the grandkids’ visits.
Just as important is what our homes leave out: the big lawns, the endless maintenance and the rooms you stopped using years ago. Lock the door, travel for a month, and come home to neighbours who are happy to have their ‘family’ back.
