Join Dr Bruce Stafford, Dr of Chinese Medicine, as he steps you through a relaxing introduction to Tai Chi. Beginners welcome. Your class will include an introduction on the health benefits of Tai Chi (correct breathing, and Chinese medicine), a gentle warm-up, breathing exercises, Tai Chi and question time.
