Milon Gymnasiums are award-winning world leaders in electronic resistance fitness and Palm Lake Resort has the exclusive rights to this technology for over-50s in the Southern Hemisphere. German engineered with sleek design, the Milon equipment circuit is completely user friendly and allows you to tailor your exercise routine to suit your needs.

Your personalised smart card is the literal key to each piece of equipment while also storing all your training data. It takes just 17.5 minutes to complete one circuit and three circuits are recommended per week. Exercise never looked this great and felt so effortless.
