Sonora will be the social heart of our resort. It will be the destination for everything from revitalising morning coffees to lunchtime laughs with visiting friends. Somewhere you can enjoy a dance on the dance floor and a birds-eye-view of the eight-rink undercover bowling green.

Community is everything when you join any one of Palm Lake Resort’s over-50s community lifestyle properties and just like everything else we’ve done at Pelican Waters, we’ve upped the ante when it comes to Sonora. For example, Happy Hour cocktails can be enjoyed in our very first roof top bar and terrace, that will offer undisrupted lake views in the daytime and moonlight-sprinkled memories at night. Sonora will be a place where homeowners can authentically connect and let the good times roll.

El Dorado

For those more active homeowners, our Eldorado sporting precinct will be your home away from home. The sporting centrepiece of our resort will be our eight-rink championship bowling green. Fully lit and undercover, this green will attract play at all times of the day and into the night – there will always be time to get your daily dose of greens there.

Beyond the bowls, our tennis and pickleball courts will attract those who like to make a racquet – and our fully equipped four-lane tenpin bowling alley will make homeowners kingpins of the game. Table tennis and billiards are also sports on offer that will allow our homeowners to explore their competitive side.

Whether you are celebrating your win with a cold beverage after the game, or just in it for the social connection, the Eldorado sporting precinct will be somewhere for our community to gather for good times. Mirador

At Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters, our homeowners’ wellness will be supported via the Mirador wellness precinct. It’s the first time a dedicated space for health and wellness has been included in a Palm Lake Resort masterplan and has been strategically situated lakeside to let the relaxing waterfront views permeate the world-class wellness haven.

We’ve listened to what the modern over-50s homeowner wants, and the Mirador wellness precinct is how we’ve answered that call. Mirador will offer some of the country’s best health and wellness spaces and the most premium equipment, but to Palm Lake Resort, it’s also the little things that count – and that make the Pelican Waters difference.

Change rooms and amenities have been well considered and homeowners will also have their own personal locker within the Mirador wellness precinct so it will be easy for them to feel like this space is an extension of their own home.

Energise and revitalise on our expansive pool deck while taking in the relaxing views of your exquisite natural waterfront location. As the sun goes down and the temperature starts to dip, we encourage you to seek our sunken fire pit lounge.
